Baker Hughes invites motivated students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program in Italy. You will work on plant process simulation models (LNG, geothermal, heat pumps) to optimize design and operation with ML/AI techniques.

You will receive coaching, mentoring, and buddy support while contributing to real projects and cross‑functional teams. You will explore commercial software, participate in digital development programs, and help prepare reports and presentations for leadership

Competenze

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Bachelors’ or Masters’ in Engineering or STEM.
GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) or equivalent.
Focus in Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Process, numerical methods, or control systems.
Experience with plant/process modeling tools and basic programming.

Mansioni

Define plant process simulation models (LNG, geothermal, heat pumps) for performance optimization.
Test capabilities of commercial software and support digital development programs.
Collaborate with engineers and interns to address technical issues and propose solutions.
Develop drawings or prototypes and assist with project documentation.
Create reports and presentations to summarize results for leadership.
