Scalapay S.R.L. is seeking a Backend Software Engineer for its Consumer Banking team. You will design and deliver high‑performance, secure APIs and work spec‑first with AI coding agents to accelerate delivery without compromising quality, security or compliance.

You will own AI‑generated code, build scalable microservices with NestJS/TypeScript, and operate within AWS/Docker/CI‑CD pipelines, ensuring PCI DSS compliance and robust testing practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of backend development experience, including banking platforms, system integrations and ledgers.

Mansioni

• AI-first engineering: write specifications for AI coding agents, direct and test their output.
• API Development & Integration: design, build and maintain REST APIs with NestJS and TypeScript; meet performance targets.
• Architecture: build scalable microservices with DI, modular design and clean code.
• Security & Compliance: implement authentication (JWT, OAuth2, MFA), TLS, key management, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Data & Infrastructure: design MySQL/PostgreSQL schemas, deploy on AWS with Docker, EKS, CI/CD, monitor performance.
