Baker Hughes offers an Internship in Bari, Italy for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates. You will gain hands-on experience while learning processes, systems, and practices aligned to meet customer needs with leading-edge technology.

You'll work on AI-enabled tools within Microsoft 365, focus on process optimization, and support manufacturing operations for energy-sector components. A buddy and mentor will guide your learning.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• GPA 3.0+ (or equivalent) and English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and data analysis is a plus.

Mansioni

• The main focus is improving operational processes and supporting AI-based solutions within Microsoft 365.
• Time split: 60% process analysis and office activities, 40% shop floor validation.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Facility & Maintenance, and Quality teams to drive process improvements.
