Competenze
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)
- Fluent oral and written English
- Eligible to work in the country without sponsorship
Mansioni
- Improve operational processes and support AI-based solutions within Microsoft 365 (60% process analysis, 40% shop floor validation)
- Analyze processes, identify improvements, develop AI-enabled tools, validate implementations on the shop floor
- Enhance efficiency through integrated Microsoft 365 AI tools and digital solutions in manufacturing
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Facility & Maintenance, and Quality teams to drive process improvements
- Gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing while contributing to digital transformation initiatives
