Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Operations professional with at least 2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR requests across multiple service lines. The role focuses on Employee Life Cycle, data accuracy, and delivering timely information for stakeholders in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will bring curiosity for AI and digital tools to simplify HR processes, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity toward AI, digital tools and emerging technologies applied to HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with SOPs, policies and SLAs.
• Support employee queries and HR community through ticketing tools with timely, quality responses.
• Perform data entry into HR systems and maintain high data quality.
• Provide on-demand reports and data-driven insights related to HR processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives; support cross-functional HR projects.
