Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR Operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Workday/SAP, plus a proactive, AI-curious mindset to improve processes and data quality.

This position reports to: HR Operations Team Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines, with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle. You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, who brings not only solid process knowledge but also a genuine curiosity for new ways of working, including the use of AI and digital tools to simplify and improve HR processes.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures, policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Supporting employee queries and the HR community through ticketing tools, ensuring timely and quality responses.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements and simplifications, leveraging customer feedback, operational experience and AI-based tools.
• Using AI tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency.
• Performing data entry into HR systems, maintaining high levels of data quality and accuracy.
• Providing on-demand reports and data-driven insights related to HR processes.
• Actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and change, challenging existing ways of working when better alternatives exist.
• Supporting the team on ad hoc activities and cross-functional HR projects.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a "can do" attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine curiosity towards AI, digital tools and emerging technologies applied to HR processes.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in process improvement, simplification and change management.
• Openness to change: comfortable working in an evolving environment and eager to test new approaches.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Compensation Package

• Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
• Minimum annual salary: €33.000,00
• Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
