Job summary

Workday is seeking outstanding Solution Consultants to represent and sell the next generation of AI-driven HCM solutions. In this role, you will conduct interactive pre-sales demonstrations, analyze client environments, and articulate a vision of the Future of Work to address complex HR challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay abreast of Workday’s AI roadmap, acquisitions, and competitive landscape in the Italian market, while championing Trustworthy AI and flexible

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales, sales consulting, or equivalent role (SaaS or AI platforms).
• Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong AI/ML understanding and enterprise software experience.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a future-of-work vision through interactive pre-sales demonstrations.
• Propose how Workday AI Platform for HR solves business concerns and drives efficiency.
• Lead with innovation to deliver real-world results in customer environments.
• Analyze prospect requirements and tailor demonstrations highlighting ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI for HR.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of the full HCM suite and handle objections confidently.
• Communicate the business value of Trustworthy AI, aiding decision-making and reducing bias.
