BNB - Business Network Builders is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant in Milan. You will customize Workday to fit client needs, configure vacation tracking, learning resources, and benefits administration, and align HR and finance operations with the client’s organization.

You will lead meetings with stakeholders, design and prototype solutions, run client demos, and stay updated on Workday implementation best practices.

Competenze

• Strong logical reasoning and genuine interest in technology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel to Milan as needed.

Mansioni

• Conduct meetings with executives, managers, and HR representatives to gather business requirements for HCM and related areas.
• Design, prototype, and configure tailor-made Workday solutions for clients.
• Lead demo sessions to showcase configurations and assist client testing.
• Provide SMEs on key business process decisions in industry and functional areas.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to respect milestones and provide status updates.
