Workday is seeking a Sr Functional Consultant for Success Plans to help customers maximize value through targeted micro-consulting, configuration guidance, and demonstrations. You will apply expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and data integration to accelerate feature adoption.

You will join a collaborative, growth‑minded team, deliver scalable services and one‑to‑one coaching, review deployments, and stay current with roadmap practices while guiding customers across varying

Competenze

• 2+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.
• 1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to distill complex concepts for customers.

Mansioni

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification; stay current with roadmap and industry practices
• Contribute to development of new programs to drive feature adoption
• Perform configuration and business requirements reviews to identify optimization opportunities
• Deploy Workday features in deployments of varying scope
