Cohesity, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Napoli, Italy to drive net-new logos and grow strategic accounts within a defined territory.

You will build a robust pipeline, collaborate with channel partners, and engage senior stakeholders to close high-impact deals supporting Cohesity’s data security and resilience platform. You will lead discovery, develop value-based proposals, and coordinate with Sales Engineers to align solutions with security, risk, and operational needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel and work in Napoli, Italy.
• Proven track record selling enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers.

• Execute a territory plan to win new logos and grow existing accounts.

• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.
• Share customer insights and competitive feedback with product and sales teams.
• Experience selling to Information Security / Cybersecurity teams with knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance.
