Deel's Customer Operations team protects revenue by monitoring account health at scale and surfacing product patterns. You’ll act as the operational engine that keeps clients engaged, growing, and trusting Deel.

You’ll collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, identify adoption gaps, and surface scalable improvements using data and AI across a high-volume SaaS portfolio. This senior role shapes how we support global customers in the EMEA region, with flexible office membership and localized

Competenze

5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid-Market scale.
Experience managing high-volume portfolios where breadth and process are critical.
Background in fast-growth SaaS, HR tech/payroll, or high-volume account management.
Clear communicator focused on revenue impact in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

Monitor portfolio data to detect early issues and take preventive actions to protect revenue.
Provide health summaries to Expansion Account Executives and surface context for client conversations.
Identify cross-account patterns indicating product issues and translate feedback for Engineering/Product.
Assess value realization and adoption gaps, driving proactive growth opportunities and revenue activation.
Maintain operational standards across accounts, ensuring timely responses and accurate records.
Build and leverage systems to ensure consistency and prevent gaps.
Utilize data and AI tools to boost efficiency and test new solutions at scale.
