Deel is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Manager to protect revenue by monitoring account health across a large, high-volume portfolio in a fast-growing SaaS environment in Monza, Lombardy.

You will collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, surface adoption gaps, drive data-informed improvements using Snowflake, Looker and AI tools, and ensure timely, accurate client records while scaling processes.

Competenze

• 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid-Market scale.
• Experience with high-volume portfolios and fast-growth SaaS.
• Excellent communicator with revenue impact focus.

Mansioni

• Monitor portfolio data to detect early issues and take preventive actions to protect revenue
• Provide health summaries to Expansion Account Executives and surface context for client conversations
• Identify cross-account patterns indicating product issues and translate feedback for Engineering/Product
• Assess value realization and adoption gaps, driving proactive growth opportunities and revenue activation
• Maintain operational standards across accounts, ensuring timely responses and accurate records
• Build and leverage systems to ensure consistency and prevent gaps
• Utilize data and AI tools to boost efficiency and test new solutions at scale
