Deel seeks a Senior Customer Operations Manager to oversee health of a high-volume client portfolio across EMEA from Lecce, Puglia. You will partner with Expansion Account Executives to surface revenue opportunities, monitor adoption, and protect revenue using data-driven insights.

In this fast-growth SaaS environment you'll employ Snowflake, Looker, and AI tools to streamline operations, identify product issues, and drive proactive growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid-Market scale.
• Experience managing high-volume portfolios where breadth and process are critical.
• Background in fast-growth SaaS, HR tech/payroll, or high-volume account management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and drive measurable results.
• Reliable, proactive operator who resolves cross-functional problems without direct authority.
• Clear communicator focused on revenue impact in fast-paced environments.

As part of Deel's Customer Operations, you protect revenue by monitoring account health at scale and surfacing product patterns. You’ll act as the operational engine that keeps clients engaged, growing, and trusting Deel. You will collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, identify adoption gaps, and surface scalable improvements using data and AI.
