Deel is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Manager for the EMEA region (Sardinia, Italy) to monitor portfolio health, surface product insights, and drive revenue through proactive operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage Snowflake, Looker, and AI tools, and optimize processes in a high-volume SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes revenue impact, scalable improvements, and close coordination with Expansion Account Executives in a fast-growing company.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid-Market scale.
• Experience managing high-volume portfolios with breadth and process.

• Monitor portfolio data to detect early issues and take preventive actions to protect revenue.
• Provide health summaries to Expansion Account Executives and surface context for client conversations

As part of Deel's Customer Operations, you protect revenue by monitoring account health at scale and surfacing product patterns. You’ll act as the operational engine that keeps clients engaged, growing, and trusting Deel. You will collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, identify adoption gaps, and surface scalable improvements using data and AI.
