Deel is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Manager for the EMEA region based in Pordenone, Italy. You will protect revenue by monitoring account health at scale and surface product patterns to drive growth and trust.

You will collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, manage high-volume portfolios, and leverage Snowflake and Looker, AI tools, to uncover insights and drive measurable impact across fast-growth SaaS HR/payroll domains.

Competenze

Minimum 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid-Market scale.
Experience managing high-volume portfolios where breadth and process are critical.
Background in fast-growth SaaS, HR tech/payroll, or high-volume account management.

Mansioni

Monitor portfolio data to detect early issues and take preventive actions to protect revenue.
Provide health summaries to Expansion Account Executives and surface context for client conversations.
Identify cross-account patterns indicating product issues and translate feedback for Engineering/Product.
Assess value realization and adoption gaps, driving proactive growth opportunities and revenue activation.
Maintain operational standards across accounts, ensuring timely responses and accurate records.
Build and leverage systems to ensure consistency and prevent gaps.
Utilize data and AI tools to boost efficiency and test new solutions at scale.
