The role exposes you to live securitisation deals across a broad asset class spectrum, including true-sale ABS, synthetic/SRT trades, CLOs, and credit structures. Competenze

Final-year undergraduate, Master's student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
Strong academic record from a leading university; coursework or experience in fixed income, structured finance, credit or financial modelling is a plus.
Prior internship experience in investment banking, structured finance, capital markets, consulting or a quantitative role is advantageous.
Solid understanding of financial statements, credit risk and securitisation/regulatory-capital fundamentals (CRR / Basel, STS, SRT).

Mansioni

Support the structuring and execution of ABS and SRT / synthetic securitisation transactions, from pitch to closing.
Build and maintain cash-flow models, waterfalls, and portfolio stratifications; run scenario, stress and rating-agency sensitivity analyses.
Analyse reference pools and collateral tapes (auto, leasing, consumer, corporate), assessing eligibility, concentration, credit enhancement and residual-value exposure.
Prepare client pitchbooks, investor presentations, term sheets and internal credit / committee materials to investment-banking quality standards.
Conduct market, peer and precedent-transaction research across asset classes, countries and originators.
Develop and apply AI / machine-learning models to support pool analytics, data cleansing, portfolio segmentation, predictive credit and prepayment analysis, and automation of recurring reporting and documentation tasks.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (credit, risk, capital management, legal, treasury) and external counterparties (rating agencies, law firms, investors) under supervision.
