Hirably is seeking a Senior Account Executive to launch a new AgTech sales effort in Italy. You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract with growers and farm operators, delivering technology that improves farm economics.

You will run field demos, build a robust pipeline, and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption through the first season. Fluent Italian and English are required, with comfortable travel to the United States.

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B sales with a proven quota track record.
• Experience selling into permanent crops (citrus, olives, grapes, stone fruit).
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Comfort with field demos and travel to customer sites.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with growers.
• Build and manage a pipeline via outbound outreach and industry events.
• Lead field demos, translating tech into farm economics.
