TikTok is seeking an Agency Project Intern (BS/MS) in Milano to support the Agency Team on strategic Italian initiatives. You will help manage projects, maintain key metrics, and assist in planning and communication across internal teams, partners and stakeholders.

The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, with exposure to campaign execution, BI, and product strategy development. Italian and English communication skills are essential.

Competenze

Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, data science or related discipline.
Experience with digital performance metrics is required.
Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms/ad tech products.
Excellent written and spoken Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

Provide project management support for Italian Agency initiatives; track metrics and organize communications.
Support data integrity and deliver periodic project performance reports.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales for project execution.
