TikTok is seeking an Agency Project Intern (BS/MS) in Milano to support the Agency Team on strategic Italian initiatives. You will help manage projects, maintain key metrics, and assist in planning and communication across internal teams, partners and stakeholders.

The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, with exposure to campaign execution, BI, and product strategy development. Italian and English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Agency Team is dedicated to leading and scaling the Partner Ecosystem, forging deep partnerships with top-tier Media, Creative, Talent and Consulting Firms. Education & Innovation: The team is responsible for educating partners on the value of TikTok, sharing company updates and internal best practices with partners, as well as initiating and executing Alpha and Beta programs in collaboration with partners. Business Intelligence & Development: The team holds weekly and monthly office hours to ensure team presence, support campaign execution and reporting; it maintains accurate records of all pending and campaign plans, assists in tracking campaign schedules and ad placement availability; it leads accounts development work including media planning, campaign execution and reporting, and issue troubleshooting; it conducts continuous analysis of business results, provides support for Quarterly Business Reviews and regular Business Reviews; it also takes ownership of product strategy, drives business scaling and grows the agency partner network. Cross-functional Support: The team collaborates with diverse internal cross-functional teams, supports the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions that are rooted in delivering measurable business results for partners. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

• Project Execution & Scale: Provide project management support for strategic and innovative Italian Agency initiatives. This includes maintaining and validating key business metrics, gathering structured feedback for improvements, and organizing all internal and external communications related to the projects.
• Data & Reporting: Support data integrity by integrating insights and maintaining accurate forecasts. The role involves preparing and delivering periodic reports to stakeholders on project performance and product adoption.
• Collaboration: Act as a key facilitator by supporting and enabling cross‑functional collaboration with global teams, specifically Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure smooth project execution and data sharing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in marketing, business, data science or a related discipline
• Digital Performance experience is a must have
• Strong analytical skills and able to strategise and prioritize based on business opportunities
• Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech product
• Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for digital media
• Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills. Self‑starter, fast learner with entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent verbal and written Italian and English communication skills. Excellent relationship and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Media Agencies is a nice to have

The initial gross monthly salary for this position in the selected city is EUR1625.
