Baker Hughes is seeking an Aero Supplier Quality Engineer within the Gas Technology Services team. The role focuses on leading supplier evaluations, driving continuous improvement, and working with Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The position requires a solid background in supplier quality and quality management, with travel to customer sites worldwide. A mechanical degree and fluent English are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality
• Be able to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Customer offices or site plants
• English fluent

Mansioni

• Lead early-stage supplier evaluations focusing on quality, organizational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigation
• Supplier development: lead and manage technical assessments of new parts with Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers
• Supplier management: responsible for supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance and audits
• Communication: ensure a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery and responsiveness
