Baker Hughes is seeking an Aero Operations Strategy Analyst to drive data-driven insights, quantify risks, and support decision-making for aero programs. You will build models, dashboards, and scenario analyses that connect performance to risk and cost drivers, enabling leadership to prioritize mitigations and resources.

Competenze

• Experience with data analysis and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods (qualitative & quantitative).
• Proficiency in predictive modeling, simulation, and scenario analysis.
• Strong Excel, SQL, Python/R and BI tools.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and KPI management.

Mansioni

• Analyze program data to support KPI calculation, risk indicators, and overall performance monitoring.
• Develop what-if simulations to evaluate impact of risk drivers on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide dashboards and reporting for project managers and leadership.
• Maintain risk registers and contingency plans across the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytics and tools.
• Ensure HS&E compliance and governance in program activities.
