Autodesk Consulting seeks a Lead Consultant to join the Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This is a unique hybrid role that combines business consulting, industry expertise, solution implementation and customer advisory.

You will partner with some of Autodesk's largest customers to define their digital transformation strategy, lead solution adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Operations (AECO).
• Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain and ability to configure and advise customers.

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders and project teams.
• Understand customer objectives to define outcome-driven solutions.
• Design implementation approaches balancing business priorities and speed to value.
• Lead consulting engagements, coordinating Autodesk specialists and partner resources.
• Provide hands-on implementation services for Autodesk solutions within your area of expertise.
• Drive customer adoption through change management and best practices.
• Identify and scope opportunities to expand customer value with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Share insights and innovative approaches as an industry thought leader.
• Continuously learn technologies, workflows and AI-enabled capabilities to better serve customers.
