Autodesk Consulting seeks a Lead Consultant to join our Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This is a unique hybrid role that blends business consulting, AECO expertise, solution implementation and customer advisory to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead engagements from discovery to value realization, coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as a trusted advisor.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Operations (AECO).
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry with strong understanding of customer processes.
• Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain.

• Define outcomes by analyzing objectives and industry context.
• Design implementation approaches balancing business priorities and feasibility.
