Autodesk is seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Engineer – Design and Manufacturing to translate customer needs into Autodesk workflow solutions. You will demonstrate Vault/PLM capabilities, collaborate with Sales and Channel Partners in South Europe, and contribute to proposals and technical content in a hybrid environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of 3D CAD, PDM/PLM, manufacturing processes, and fluent Italian and English, with occasional travel across Italy.

Competenze

Experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, product development, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, metal fabrication, materials science, or related field.
Deep knowledge of 3D CAD, PDM and/or PLM solutions.
Understanding of manufacturing workflows and business processes.
Experience with on-premises and cloud-based PDM/PLM solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for executive meetings and customer-facing demos.
Business fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to travel within Italy, with occasional travel to other locations.

Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations at events, meetings, and webinars.
Contribute to commercial proposals and provide feedback to Product teams.
Develop technical content for pre-sales activities and sales automation.

Build an industry profile as a technical expert advocating Autodesk solutions.
