Röchling Automotive in Laives (BZ) seeks an Advanced Development Engineer to lead R&D projects focused on new products and manufacturing processes, with a strong emphasis on innovation and industrial implementation. The role spans planning, budgeting, and collaboration with external partners.
You will contribute to propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design while working with international teams and traveling as needed to advance projects.
Competenze
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
- Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Good English and either Italian or German.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Mansioni
- Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects.
- Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners.
- Contribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design.
- Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization.
