RE:LAB s.r.l. invites an Automotive R&D Engineer to contribute to innovative research projects in mobility and emerging technologies.

The role combines technical research, analysis, experimentation, and development of new project concepts, collaborating with universities and research partners in a dynamic, human-centered design environment. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering and shows strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a passion for scientific research

Qualifications

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies and topics.
Ability to translate technical/scientific information into project activities.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of research and innovation projects in automotive and mobility sectors.
Investigate emerging technologies and their potential applications to future mobility systems.
Support definition of research objectives, concepts, methodologies, and project activities.
Contribute to preparation of technical proposals and research documentation.
Participate in research activities involving intelligent mobility, simulation, and quantum computing applications.
Conduct technical analyses, literature reviews, and feasibility studies.
Support experimentation, simulation, testing, and validation activities.
Analyze research results and contribute to innovative solutions and demonstrators.
Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and project partners.
Prepare technical reports, research documentation, and deliverables.
