Roechling Industrial (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Advanced Development Engineer for the Laives (BZ) Engineering Center to supervise R&D projects focused on new products and manufacturing processes, driving innovation and industrial implementation.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring advanced development initiatives, budgeting, coordinating external research partners, contributing to propulsion, electrification and structural lightweight designs, and promoting cross-functional

Competenze

Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
Good English and either Italian or German.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects.
Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners.
Contribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design.
Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization.
