Andritz AG is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to strengthen our engineering team in Collecorvino (Pescara). You will develop new products, improve existing solutions, and optimize materials, processes, and technical performance in a structured manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, Project Management, Mechanical Design, Sales, and Service to ensure feasible, cost-effective developments while supporting Group Technology initiatives and

Competenze

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering required.
Proven experience in a similar R&D role, preferably in an industrial setting.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and Solid Edge; familiarity with simulations is a plus.
Basic knowledge of technical standards and product safety requirements.
Occasional travel for short business trips.

Mansioni

Develop new products and technologies aligned with business needs and technical requirements.
Perform technical feasibility analyses and requirement studies using CAD tools and product analysis.
Support product design and validation activities including testing, prototyping, and simulations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation: drawings, bills of materials, reports.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, Project Management, Mechanical Design, Sales, and Service for effective project execution.
Interface with external consultants on technical and safety compliance (CE-related requirements).
Provide support during installation and commissioning phases and ensure correct implementation.
Visit plants for on-site surveys and action planning for technical issues.
Collaborate with Group Technology to align developments and share know-how.
