You join an international team shaping the future mobility and contribute to product design, project management, and validation activities. The role emphasizes CAD work, tests planning, and customer-facing design reviews.

The starting salary reflects a base level with potential increases based on education and experience; full-time employment is offered in Italy.

Competenze

• Completed technical education.
• Experience in design/development, preferably automotive.
• Very good English; good German and/or Italian.
• CAD skills and a structured working style.

Mansioni

• Develop and design products for the automotive industry.

• Development and design of products for the automotive industry
• Management of projects from concept to series production
• Creation of concepts, calculations, and technical drawings
• Planning and supervision of tests and validations
• Participation in design reviews and customer presentations

Qualifications

• Completed technical education
• Experience in design/development, ideally in the automotive sector
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and/or Italian
• CAD skills and a structured way of working
• Team spirit and strong communication skills

Compensation

• Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
  
• Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
