Roechling Industrial (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Advanced Development Engineer for the Laives (BZ) Engineering Center to supervise R&D projects focused on new products and manufacturing processes, driving innovation and industrial implementation.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring advanced development initiatives, budgeting, coordinating external research partners, contributing to propulsion, electrification and structural lightweight designs, and promoting cross-functional

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Good English and either Italian or German.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Where we need you

As an Advanced Development Engineer you will play a central role within our R&D organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects
• Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 30.000,00 €. Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender-neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company's objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
