Andritz AG in Collecorvino is looking for an R&D Engineer to strengthen their technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing solutions, and optimizing materials and processes. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new developments.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and possess proven R&D experience. The position offers full-time working hours and a permanent contract, with hybrid working arrangements considered.

Competenze

• Proven experience in an R&D role, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Strong ability to manage technical activities from concept to validation.
• Availability to travel occasionally for short business trips.
