Job summary

Oberalp Group, a house of brands in mountaineering, is seeking an intern to support its ESH & Facility department in Bolzano, Italy for at least six months. You will gain an overview of all ESH activities and assist in organizing training, risk assessments, maintenance and structural modification works at headquarters and stores in Italy, focusing on usability and safety.

You will help coordinate renovations, procurement of furniture, collaborate with internal and external teams, organize safety

Qualifications

• University student or degree in economics or a similar field.
• Experience in administrative and organizational activities is considered a plus.
• Fluent in Italian, German and English; language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Very good organizational and time management skills.
• Precise way of working.
• Flexible and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating structural renovation works and new store openings from a quality and safety perspective.
• Assist in the procurement of furniture and ensure workplaces are prepared on time.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
• Organize safety courses in close collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP).
• Help manage and control maintenance work across locations and coordinate with various craftspeople.
• Help resolve daily problems and provide support.
• Support in risk assessment for employees and suppliers.
• Handle various administrative tasks.

We are looking for an intern who supports our ESH & Facility department for at least 6 months. With this internship you will get an overview of all the Facility and ESH activities and you will have the possibility to support in the organization of training, risk assessment, maintenance and structural modification works in our headquarters and our stores in Italy providing for their usability and safety.

Tasks And Responsibilities

Profile
