Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to support the wastewater treatment product line in Milan. You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, prepare quotations, and serve as the primary contact for customers on orders and inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar administrative roles.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP or TS Azienda is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and related customer documentation.
• Act as a first point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and commercial inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer information within CRM and ERP systems.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Support invoicing activities and assist with sales reporting and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support
