Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an account management professional to build and grow relationships with restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive their success. You’ll analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own onboarding to maximize revenue for partners and Glovo.

You will drive growth through proactive communication, understanding partner goals, promotions, and menu optimization, with a focus on profitability and scalable operations.

Job Description

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You'll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

THE JOURNEY

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
• Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
• Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations and menu optimization.
• Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
• Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App - from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo - with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Up to 2-3 years of experience in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
• Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
• You are motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage.
• Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
• You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
• Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
• Native level of Italian is required as proficiency in English.
