Job summary

403 salesforce.com Italy S.r.l. in Milano is seeking an Account Executive to engage with existing customers and new leads, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform across the Italian market.

You will build trusted relationships with both line managers and C-suite executives to uncover value and drive adoption. This role requires 5–10 years of software sales experience, especially in Financial Services, with proven ability to forecast and close net-new business.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–10 years strong technology sales experience, preferably in Software or Business Applications, selling to Financial Services.
• Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Italian market.
• Proven track record of net new business sales and quota attainment.
• Inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
• Proficient in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction within assigned accounts in the Financial Services segment.
• Lead end-to-end sales process with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
• Identify and formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
• Demonstrate Salesforce value proposition to existing and new customers; drive growth within assigned accounts.
