As an Investment Specialist Lead within US Equities team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
- Oversee the India-based team of 12 members, including the team lead.
- Prepare strategy presentations with detailed portfolio analysis, positioning, analytics, and performance results.
- Assist in creating high-quality written content on products and markets for client communications.
- Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams to address client requirements using product expertise.
- Represent the Investment Solutions team and collaborate with other teams on various ad-hoc projects.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs efficiently.
- Communicate key selling points of products and market trends to stakeholders.
- Prepare customized client presentations for Investment Solutions review meetings.
- Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the development and execution of organizational objectives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of accurate and detailed information to clients and internal teams.
- Post Graduate or MBA with at least 8 years of experience in financial markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong understanding of equities (or any asset class), portfolio management practices, and the asset management business.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows.
- Proactive and positive approach with ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate problems, think ahead, and ask relevant questions.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Delivery-focused with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
