We are seeking a skilled Sr. Collaboration & Tools Engineer to manage and optimize CrowdStrike's portfolio of collaboration platforms serving 12,000+ employees globally. This role is responsible for administering and securing multiple enterprise tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Box, Dropbox and Kaltura. As a Collaboration and Tools Engineer, you will ensure platform reliability, security compliance, and seamless integration with our identity and security frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine broad platform expertise with strong security knowledge and excellent multi-tasking abilities.
You will work on a globally distributed team to support the collaboration platforms used by everyone at CrowdStrike. This is a collaborative team that requires attention to detail and an understanding of the use cases of each platform. You will resolve requests through our support queue as well as work on projects linked to CrowdStrike business initiatives. More specifics are listed below.
