Job Title: Lead Consultant - SAP FICO

As a SAP Functional Consultant, you'll be part of a dynamic team at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, headquartered in the United Kingdom and operating in over 100 countries. You'll play a crucial role in a large SAP support and maintenance project, managing multiple SAP landscapes across continents. Are you up for the challenge?

As a Lead Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of resolving SAP issues reported by business users and delivering necessary changes and enhancements. You'll be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the team lead and project coordinator, while actively engaging with business users for requirement gathering and providing timely updates on progress. Your broad functional knowledge and expert technical skills in the FI and CO modules will be key to your success.

• At least two end-to-end implementation experiences of FICO module in S/4 HANA and SAP ECC
• Extensive knowledge of FICO submodules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Centre Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Cost Controlling, Activity-based costing, Material Ledger
• Deep functional understanding of the Record to Report process
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain
• Ability to gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, perform configuration, support technical teams (e.g., ABAP), and conduct system and integration testing
• Experience with highly customized SAP environments and integration with non-SAP systems (e.g., COUPA, Blackline, Workday, Concur) is preferred
• Strong understanding of SAP module integration in end-to-end business processes
• Exposure to SAP modules like PaPM, AFC, ICMR, ESG is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Application lifecycle management
• Ability to work effectively in large, diverse teams
• Experience with Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies
• Knowledge of estimation techniques is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Experience working in a global, distributed team
