• Identify Primary Agriculture Credit Society for computerization in the state.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather state‑specific needs and communicate the same to Central PMU/System Integrators.
• Provide management/technical support for project implementation and post‑implementation, and prepare necessary MIS reports applicable to the state.
• Monitor the ERP implementation progress in the state and follow up with stakeholders as necessary for issue resolution.
• Facilitate capacity building for the state.

• 3+ years of technology/consulting/business analysis/project management/accounting experience.
• Exposure to ERP implementation, product management, technology development is an advantage.
• Experience in Cooperatives/Rural Banking/AgriTech or GovTech exposure in Rural India preferred.
• Agri‑specific academic qualification/diploma from institutions such as MANAGE Hyderabad, Vamnicom Pune, NIAM Jaipur, and NAARM Hyderabad preferred.
• Proficiency in the local language is preferred.

• Experience in Government sector and Agriculture domain is highly preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services (Credit/Lending) or accounting will also be considered.
• Experience in Banking, knowledge of Common Banking systems technology modules will be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle complex assignments independently.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
• Ability to interact with client (senior government officials).
• Willingness to ‘get hands dirty’ and develop a problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong personal and professional presence and self‑confidence, capable of working effectively with senior team as well as all other levels.
