Role Summary

The Manager – MEP will be responsible for on-site supervision and coordination of MEP works for building projects. The role is focused purely on execution and supervision, ensuring that all MEP installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This position does not involve design responsibilities and is intended for professionals with strong site-based MEP supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise day-to-day MEP construction activities at site (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical coordination).
  2. Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  3. Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  4. Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other discipline teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
  5. Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors for MEP-related site activities.
  6. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates related to MEP works.
  7. Ensure MEP installations meet quality standards and project specifications.
  8. Conduct routine inspections and identify workmanship issues for corrective action.
  9. Ensure adherence to site safety rules and company HSE guidelines during MEP execution.
  10. Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and work progress updates.
  11. Verify MEP work completion for measurements and contractor billing support.
  12. Strong knowledge of MEP systems in building projects.
  13. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
