We are looking for a Search & Organic Acquisition Strategist to accelerate sustainable user acquisition through search, content intelligence, and platform optimization. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, data analytics, content strategy, and technical optimization, owning organic acquisition as a core growth channel.

You’ll be responsible for designing and executing search-driven acquisition strategies that improve visibility, attract high-intent users, and convert traffic into measurable business outcomes. This is a hands‑on, high-impact role with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Organic Acquisition Strategy
  • Define and execute a scalable organic acquisition strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
  • Identify demand opportunities across search behavior, content gaps, and competitive landscapes.
  • Convert user intent and search insights into acquisition-focused initiatives.
Content Intelligence & Conversion Optimization
  • Partner with content and marketing teams to guide content creation using search and audience insights.
  • Improve content discoverability, engagement, and conversion performance across landing pages.
  • Strengthen topical authority through internal linking, content clustering, and structural optimization.
Platform & Technical Enablement
  • Diagnose and resolve technical barriers impacting organic reach, indexation, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance site speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
  • Ensure search-readiness across CMS workflows and publishing pipelines.
Measurement & Growth Insights
  • Own organic acquisition metrics including traffic quality, engagement, and conversion impact.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and optimization levers.
  • Share clear, actionable insights with stakeholders to guide decision-making.
Experimentation & Evolution
  • Stay ahead of changes in search behavior, algorithms, and SERP formats.
  • Test new growth hypotheses across content, structure, and acquisition channels.
  • Continuously iterate strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • Demonstrated success scaling organic acquisition for digital platforms or products.
  • Strong understanding of search behavior, intent mapping, and conversion funnels.
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics and search tools such as GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalents.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities using data, not guesswork.
  • Comfortable working with designers, developers, content creators, and leadership teams.
  • Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and modern web architecture.
  • Ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
