10+ years of experience in oil & gas lease administration with a proven track record in validating lease obligations, reconciling ownership records, and preventing royalty revenue leakage. Adept at building defensible audit trails for regulatory agencies and joint venture partners. Experienced in supporting automation initiatives and serving as compliance liaison for digital transformation projects.
