The ideal candidate should have a Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, with 24 years of experience, preferably in the EPC or Oil & Gas sectors. - Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer follow-up.
- Understand project-specific manpower requirements shared by HR Manager / Project HR.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, professional networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate with technical panel members for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Maintain candidate records, interview trackers, and recruitment MIS reports.
- Assist in conducting walk-in drives, bulk recruitment, and project mobilization hiring.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and timelines.
