A leading technology integrator is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 15 years of experience and demonstrate expertise in end-to-end implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include leading implementation projects, conducting system tests, and ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems. Candidates must hold certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
