Job summary

A leading technology integrator is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 15 years of experience and demonstrate expertise in end-to-end implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include leading implementation projects, conducting system tests, and ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems. Candidates must hold certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Must have 3 End to End Implementation projects and 5 Support project experiences.
  • Experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead E2E Implementation projects as SF EC Lead.
  • Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of solutions.

Job Description:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead level consultant, below are the responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 5 Support project experience.
  • Lead E2E Implementation projects as SF EC Lead
  • Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
  • Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including Sub Modules for Time Management & Benefits
  • Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
  • Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance
  • Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement
Technical Experience:

Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution

Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.

Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
