Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• EY India’s DSS - SAT practice provides trusted leadership in pivotal situations involving debt raise challenges, liquidity constraints, performance deterioration and distressed M&A. Our mandate is to stabilize business performance, enable strategic capital structuring, and drive rapid execution of solutions across the business lifecycle. The services include: Debt raising & refinancing (term loans, WC, structured debt, acquisition financing, promoter funding) Interim management - CFO services Liquidity management & working capital optimization Operational turnaround & crisis stabilization Lender negotiations, stakeholder management & information management Independent business and strategic review Restructuring and special situations – Insolvency & Bankruptcy Project Monitoring support, etc. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will support/lead execution across debt raise, refinancing and strategic turnaround engagements. Key responsibilities include: Debt Raise & Capital Structuring Assessing the client’s capital structure and determining suitable debt instruments Preparing comprehensive investment teaser, Information Memorandum, Financial Model, CMA data and business plans. Identifying lenders based on solution requirement- Banks, NBFCs, Private Credit Funds. Managing end-to-end process: lender outreach, negotiations, due-diligence, documentation, closure Special Situations & Turnaround Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify liquidity gaps and stress points Monitoring cash flows, covenants, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Designing and implementing short-term liquidity solutions Facilitating discussions between management, lenders, and investors Supporting restructuring & Insolvency proposals
