Job summary

IIFL Finance in India is seeking a Zonal Coordinator to streamline branch operations, drive business growth, and manage MIS data across zones. The role requires coordinating with branches, state leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver operational efficiency and robust data management.

You will visit branches, support underperforming locations, and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement campaigns and rewards programs, while handling ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good analytical and MIS reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely employee and branch mapping for incentive calculations and operational requirements.
• Manage weekly closures, cash retention limits, and review/commitment sheet submissions.
• Coordinate with Product Teams for process and application improvement initiatives.
• Conduct branch visits to understand employee concerns and business challenges.
• Support low-performing branches through feedback collection and stakeholder coordination.
• Resolve branch-level operational queries and issues.
• Partner with State Leaders to drive Gold Loan and Cross-Sell business growth.
• Coordinate sales campaigns with Marketing and Business teams.
• Support Reward & Recognition initiatives to motivate employees.
• Provide MIS inputs and support dashboard preparation for business reviews.
• Handle ad hoc projects and business assignments.
