Job summary

Embark is seeking a dynamic Zoho Product Manager to own the implementation, optimization, and scaling of Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll across HR functions. This role will align business processes with technology and drive automation and analytics across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, define roadmaps, optimize workflows, and build dashboards for data-driven HR decisions, collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in HR Tech / Product Management / HR Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll.
• Experience in HR process design, automation, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation (Deluge preferred).
• Understanding of Indian payroll, statutory compliance, and HR lifecycle processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The role will be critical in aligning business processes with technology, ensuring seamless HR lifecycle management, and enabling automation and analytics across the employee journey.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll
• Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and HR transformation agenda
• Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process optimization
• Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho modules
• Ensure best practices in workflows, forms, approvals, and reporting
• Continuously improve system performance and user experience
• Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition & Finance
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Standardize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle management
• Drive integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance tools)
• Leverage APIs, Deluge scripting, and automation tools within Zoho ecosystem
• Build dashboards and analytics for decision-making

Key Requirements
