Job summary

Bolt. Earth is seeking a Zoho Developer to own the development, customization, and integration of our Zoho ecosystem — primarily Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books.

You will build and maintain the workflows that connect our sales, operations, manufacturing, and finance processes, ensuring data flows cleanly and reliably across systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Zoho development in CRM/Creator/Books.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting and building Zoho Creator apps.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM administration and Zoho Books mapping.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0.
• Familiar with Zoho Flow for integrations.
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Zoho Creator apps for production tracking and inventory management.
• Customize Zoho CRM with modules, layouts, blueprints, workflows, approvals, and automation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM/Creator/Books via APIs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Zoho Developer to own the development, customization, and integration of our Zoho ecosystem — primarily Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books. You will build and maintain the workflows that connect our sales, operations, manufacturing, and finance processes, ensuring data flows cleanly and reliably across systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in the Zoho platform with practical understanding of manufacturing and inventory processes — how sales orders translate into production, procurement, stock movements, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on Zoho Creator to support business processes (e.g., production tracking, inventory management, dispatch, service workflows).
• Customize and extend Zoho CRM — modules, layouts, blueprints, workflow rules, approval processes, and automation using Deluge.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books (e.g., quote-to-order-to-invoice flows, customer/vendor sync, payment status updates), using native integrations, Deluge, and REST APIs.
• Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems (payment gateways, ERPs, logistics platforms, internal databases) via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Translate business requirements from sales, operations, finance, and manufacturing teams into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Implement data validation, deduplication, and hygiene practices across Zoho applications; support data migration and bulk operations.
• Maintain documentation for all customizations, integrations, and data flows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing workflows and integrations; ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Follow change-management best practices: sandbox testing, validation, and controlled deployment before pushing changes to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical (Must-Have)

• 2+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience , with demonstrable projects across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting (functions, workflows, schedules, custom buttons).
• Experience building Zoho Creator applications from scratch — forms, reports, pages, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM administration : modules, blueprints, assignment rules, validation rules, approval processes, and role-based access.
• Understanding of Zoho Books structure: items, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and how they map to CRM records.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 for cross-application and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Zoho Flow or equivalent middleware for integration orchestration.
• Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder communication skills — able to work directly with non-technical teams.

Domain / Process Knowledge (Must-Have)

• Practical exposure to manufacturing and/or inventory management processes , such as:
• Inventory tracking: stock-in/stock-out, warehouse transfers, serial/batch tracking
• Order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles
• Ability to map real-world operational processes into system workflows and identify gaps or automation opportunities.

Good to Have

• Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics
• Exposure to GST-compliant invoicing and Indian finance/taxation workflows in Zoho Books.
• Experience integrating Zoho with external data warehouses or BI tools.
• Experience in a hardware, manufacturing, or EV/energy company.
