Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Zoho Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable, automated, and efficient system solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows, implement automation, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should have a process-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Recruit, Projects, Books, and Learn
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Design and configure workflows, Blueprints, approval processes, and automation within the Zoho ecosystem
• Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for workflow automation and operational efficiency
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs and webhooks
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems for business visibility and decision-making
• Manage data migration, system configuration, and user access controls
• Provide functional consultation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to internal users
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional/technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project execution
• Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications
• Strong experience in CRM/ERP implementation and business process automation
• Good knowledge of Deluge scripting (Basic to Intermediate level)
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Creator for building custom applications and workflows
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data synchronization between systems
• Familiarity with Zoho Books and financial workflow automation
• Experience designing Blueprints, approval workflows, and structured process controls
• Basic working knowledge of SQL and Python for reporting, automation, or data analysis
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience working with Odoo or other ERP platforms
• Exposure to manufacturing, SaaS, or service‑based industries
• Knowledge of Zoho Analytics and advanced reporting/dashboard creation
• Understanding of data migration strategies and implementation best practices
• Zoho certifications in CRM, Creator, or related modules
• Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms
• Candidates from product‑based companies will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Additional certifications in ERP Systems, Business Analytics, or Zoho technologies are preferred
