Job summary

FindErnest is seeking an experienced Zoho Consultant to implement, customize, and support the Zoho ecosystem in Hyderabad. You will tailor Zoho CRM modules, implement HRMS processes in Zoho People, configure Zoho Recruit ATS, and build custom apps with Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting.

You will also integrate Zoho One across functions, manage API connections, gather requirements, and provide training and documentation for end users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Zoho applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM including modules, workflows, reports and dashboards.
• Experience configuring Zoho Recruit as ATS and managing candidate workflows.
• Experience with Zoho People/HRMS including attendance, leave, onboarding and performance.
• Deluge scripting and building custom Zoho apps with Zoho Creator.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and third‑party connectivity.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Consultant with a strong background in implementing, customizing, and supporting the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People/HRMS, and Zoho One. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, developing custom applications, and integrating Zoho products to streamline business processes.

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications based on business requirements.
  
• Design and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, reports, dashboards, and custom functions.
  
• Configure and maintain Zoho People (HRMS) modules, including employee records, leave management, attendance, onboarding, and performance management.
  
• Implement and customize Zoho Recruit, including ATS configuration, job postings, candidate management, interview workflows, and recruitment automation.
  
• Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
  
• Implement and manage Zoho One solution across multiple business functions.
  
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing application support and enhancements.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and conduct end‑user training.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  
• Ensure best practices in solution design, security, and data management.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Zoho applications.
  
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM (Modules, Workflows, Blueprints, Reports, Dashboards, Automation).
  
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho People (HRMS).
  
• Experience configuring Zoho Recruit as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Strong experience in Zoho Creator with Deluge scripting.
  
• Experience implementing and administering Zoho One.
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, webhooks, and third‑party application connectivity.
  
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  
• Experience working directly with business users to gather and document requirements.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or CRM domain.
  
• Knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  
• Experience with data migration and system integrations.
  
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
  
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
